I live in a small town about 30 minutes outside of Ottawa called Kemptville. I moved there when I was around seven years old. I was born in Ottawa in 1995, so the Backstreet Boys were being played by young girls everywhere. Every time I hear them on the radio I feel nostalgic. I have a step-son who is turning seven years old in June this year. Conveniently he was born in 2010, so that will be the easiest math I ever have to do if I forget how old he is. The most defining thing about me is that I will forever be a student. It seems that way anyways. I graduated from Algonquin College, and I am currently enrolled at Carleton University. I recently changed my major from Law to English, and so far it is the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve never enjoyed school so much. I don’t really like country music or rap, but other than that I’m not too picky. I am constantly trying to be a better person. Honestly, if I met the person I was in high school now I would hate her. She was a bitch.
